Post herpetic neuralgia (PHN) is the most common complication of herpes zoster in the form of pain that persists after 90-120 days after the onset of rash. The objectives of this research is to identify risk factor and clinical problems, conduct patient management holistically by applying family doctors according to evidence based medicine through a patient center, family approach, and community oriented.
