Abstract

Meningioma tubercullum sellae is one of the intracranial meningiomas located in the limbus sphenoidale, chiasmatic sulcus and diaphragm. Common symptoms and signs in meningiomas can be asymptomatic, increased intracranial pressure or compression or destruction of brain structures in the form of neurological deficits. Diagnosis is based on anamnetic, clinical examination and radiological and histopathological. Meningioma therapy modalities include medication, surgical and radiotherapy. The male patient aged 53 years old, with a weight of 70 kg and a height of 165 cm. The patient was brought by the family to the emergency unit with complaints of headache since 6 months ago and it was getting worse since 2 weeks before admission to the hospital accompanied by weakness in the legs so that the patient could not walk. No previous history of drug and food allergies. No previous of surgery and medication history. The patient receives a craniotomy surgery with some consideration of anesthesia. Preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative anesthesia management can improve the outcomes of patient and will ensure a correct initial management
