As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
All authors have read and approved the final manuscript and agree with its submission to SALVERA.
The ethical clearance and conflict of interest (if applicable) have been declared.
The manuscript includes a structured abstract and keywords in English.
All cited references are written in proper format (e.g., Vancouver Style).

Manuscript Submission Requirements
Language Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English. Non-native speakers are advised to have their manuscript edited by a native English speaker prior to submission.
Manuscript Format Submit as Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) or RTF files. Use 12-point Nunito font, 1.5 line spacing, and standard A4 page size with 2.5 cm margins. All pages should be numbered.

Number references in the order they appear in the text.

Ethics and Consent
For studies involving human subjects, authors must provide the name of the ethical review board and approval number. Patient consent must be obtained for case reports.
