Manuscript Submission Workflow – SALVERA

Authors can submit manuscripts to SALVERA by following the steps below. All processes are conducted via the SALVERA Journal Website using the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform:

Step-by-Step Submission Process:

  1. Check the Submission Period
Visit the Announcement menu on the SALVERA website to see whether the journal is currently accepting new manuscripts.

  2. Login for Registered Authors
If you already have an account, please log in and click the "Submit Article" button.

  3. Register for New Users
If you do not yet have an account, register first through the "Register" menu, then log in to proceed with submission.

  4. Submit the Manuscript
Upload your manuscript and complete all required metadata in the submission form.

  5. Editorial Evaluation
Wait for the editorial team to review your manuscript for initial screening. Notification of acceptance or revision will be sent through your registered email and can be viewed via your account dashboard.

  6. Document Completion (For Accepted Articles)
If your article is accepted for review, please complete all required documents and fulfill the conditions as informed in the editorial announcement.

  7. Peer Review Process
Your manuscript will undergo a double-blind peer review. Authors are expected to be responsive and cooperative throughout this phase.

  8. Revision Based on Review
Authors must actively revise the manuscript based on reviewer comments and upload the revised version according to the specified timeline.

  9. Editorial Decision
After peer review and revision, the editor will evaluate the final version and determine whether the manuscript proceeds to the copyediting stage.

  10. Copyediting Stage
During copyediting, authors are encouraged to communicate with the editor to clarify or improve aspects of the manuscript related to language, formatting, or structure.

  11. Proofreading Invitation
After copyediting is finalized, authors will be invited to review the final proof of the manuscript. This is the last opportunity to correct minor errors before publication.

  12. Publication
Once approved, the article will be published on the SALVERA website under the "Current" or "Archive" section.

  13. All Processes Are Conducted Online
All steps in the submission and publication process are completed via the SALVERA OJS platform. Authors are advised to frequently check their accounts and registered email for updates.
